CEO / President
With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, he evolved to serve the nonprofit community. Having worked in top-notch restaurants, nightclubs, Michelin-starred venues, and 5-star international hotels, Abe has successfully increased fundraising support, improved revenue strategies, and fostered a culture of diversity and inclusion. Despite not completing his college education due to financial constraints, Abe's journey led him to meet influential people who opened his eyes to greater possibilities. A Miami native, he has spent the last 22 years in the Tri-State Metro area, where EMBRACE was formed, while also striving to expand the organization in Miami.

Vice President
Noika Weber is the Vice President for Embrace. She works full time in the hospitality field where she a General Manager at. She has passion for helping others and cultivating relationships. Noika have a brother named Raymond who is 33 years old and highly functional autistic, he is the light of her life and a big motivation for her drive to make EMBRACE bigger than what it is. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her friends, travel, and learn about different cultures.

Director of Operations
Julian Ruales is the director of operations for Embrace. Currently he works in the hospitality industry in event production. Julian enjoy being of help to others and passionate about making a difference in this world. He is 29 years old, he have a nephew who is in the spectrum which is the motivation why I decided to get involved with embrace. On his spare time, Julian enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer. The goal is to take Embrace to a global scale keeping the mission alive to help the community All over the world
